The Service
AnytimeViral is preparing a SaaS research workspace for public TikTok accounts, competitors and niches. Where available, analyses, historical snapshots and saved results support informed research; they are not a promise of growth, virality, revenue or complete platform coverage.
AnytimeViral is owned and operated by Haney Hatson, an individual. Anytimeviral.com (AnytimeViral, we, us or our) is the business/service name used in these Terms, not a registered corporation. Our contact information is listed above. By using the Service you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law and your non-waivable rights.
Live subscription checkout is configured for authenticated accounts with access to the service. The pricing, trial, renewal, credit, cancellation and refund terms below apply to subscriptions actually approved by the buyer through PayPal. Account registration alone does not create a subscription or authorize a charge. Separate Sandbox testing uses development services and PayPal Sandbox. Billing configuration does not itself approve public website publication.
The paid trial, renewal and credit terms below apply only when the relevant paid service is actually enabled and you approve its disclosed subscription terms in PayPal. We will not take payment merely to put you on an undisclosed waitlist. Future activation requires available service capacity and a separate billing decision.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If using the Service for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. We do not claim an automated age-verification system.
Keep account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not share another person's credentials, impersonate others or bypass account restrictions. When using the service for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Clerk handles authentication; phone authentication is disabled.
Paid trial and automatic renewal
The trial costs $1 for 7 days and provides 100 total credits after verified successful payment. It is not a free trial and there is no permanent free plan. Unless canceled before the trial ends, it becomes Starter at $9.99/month. The trial is available once per application account.
Cancel the trial subscription in Billing & Plan before expiration to stop the upcoming Starter renewal. After confirmed cancellation, paid trial access remains until the trial ends. Opening signup does not itself start a paid trial; payment approval and server-side verification are required.
Monthly subscriptions
Starter is $9.99 USD/month with 300 credits/month. Growth is $24.99 USD/month with 1,200 credits/month. Monthly subscriptions renew unless canceled. Any required buyer approval must be completed with PayPal.
Access and allowances depend on verified successful payment, not browser redirects. A successful billing cycle replaces the previous credit allowance; credits do not roll over. After successful trial-to-Starter renewal, the Starter allowance replaces the remaining trial allowance. Failed payments or an unavailable subscription can restrict paid analysis access.
Changes of plan are subject to the available billing flow and buyer approval where required. Amounts are in USD. Applicable taxes and the total payable must be disclosed at checkout before approval. No additional payment method or production activation is promised here.
When paid access is made available, the initial trial or monthly amount is charged through PayPal according to the terms you approve; subsequent recurring amounts are charged on the disclosed renewal schedule unless canceled. Paid service and its allowance become available only after the required verified successful payment. We must disclose any proposed delayed activation before approval, not collect payment and silently postpone the seven-day trial or promised monthly service.
Credits and research history
Own Account Check costs 1 credit, Competitor Check 3 credits and Niche Research 10 credits. A new or refreshed analysis uses the standard cost even if normalized public data is cached. Reopening a stored Search History result costs 0 credits.
The application reserves credits for an analysis and settles the charge when it completes. Unsuccessful research releases or refunds the reservation under the existing accounting rules; uncertain requests should be retried with the same request identifier rather than resubmitted as new purchases. Descriptive analytics use the data actually available, not fabricated fallback metrics.
Credits represent service usage, not cash, a stored-money account or a guaranteed financial refund. Trial credits are total trial capacity; monthly credits are the current successful billing cycle's allowance.
Cancellation
You may cancel before your next renewal to prevent the next recurring subscription charge. Use Billing & Plan to request cancellation and check the displayed confirmation and access-end information. Merely closing checkout or signing out does not cancel a subscription. If cancellation fails or you need help, contact us promptly using the support email below.
Where applicable, access remains available through the already-paid subscription or trial period after confirmed cancellation. For a canceled trial, the upcoming Starter renewal is stopped while paid trial access remains until expiration. Cancellation does not automatically refund an already completed charge. These terms do not restrict cancellation or other rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
Refund framework
Payments are generally non-refundable once charged, except where applicable law requires a refund, where AnytimeViral explicitly determines a refund is appropriate, or where an erroneous or duplicate charge is confirmed. Discretionary refunds are not guaranteed. There is no general refund window, guarantee for unused credits or promise of refunds for partial billing periods. Cancellation does not automatically refund an already completed charge. Your non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
For billing or refund questions, email anytimeviral@proton.me with the account and non-sensitive transaction reference. We will review the circumstances, including confirmed erroneous or duplicate charges and rights under applicable law. Do not send payment credentials. A request does not guarantee a discretionary refund.
Statutory withdrawal rights
Where EU consumer withdrawal rules apply to your online service contract, you normally have 14 days from concluding the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. This statutory right is separate from cancellation of future renewals and our discretionary refund framework. Other mandatory rights may apply in your jurisdiction. We do not treat starting a paid trial or using credits as an automatic waiver of statutory withdrawal rights.
To exercise an applicable withdrawal right, send a clear statement to anytimeviral@proton.me, or write to the operator at the address above. Identify the subscription and contract date without sending payment credentials. Where legally required, reimbursement will be made within 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a reimbursement fee. Any legally permitted proportionate charge for services you expressly requested during the withdrawal period depends on the applicable disclosure and consent requirements; this paragraph does not establish that those requirements have been met.

Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and only for information you are entitled to research. Do not submit unlawful or sensitive personal information, harass or target individuals, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, bypass rate limits, automate abusive traffic or interfere with other accounts. Do not attempt to forge payment confirmation, alter another user's records or exploit credit accounting.
Respect applicable TikTok and third-party platform rules and the rights of creators. Do not use the Service for unauthorized scraping, bulk extraction, evasion of platform restrictions or redistribution that breaches applicable law or third-party rights. The availability of a public post does not grant you a license to reproduce its content commercially. This service does not endorse the creators or products shown in content examples.
Data and service availability
Public-content sources can be incomplete, delayed, changed or unavailable. Video discovery is known to return empty results in live tests; photo/slideshow discovery has been verified, but neither format is guaranteed for every query. Restricted media may be unavailable. Account analyses can include the videos and photo posts returned by the source.
Historical growth requires real snapshots collected over time. A first analysis establishes a baseline, not an invented history. Stored results reflect their capture time and are not automatically current. We do not promise an SLA, uptime level, exclusive information, predictive viral score or a particular research outcome.
We must be able to provide the advertised service before offering a paid plan. We do not silently reduce the purchased 100 / 300 / 1,200 credit allowances to fit provider quotas. If a provider outage or capacity problem prevents delivery after payment, contact support: we will assess restoration, stopping future renewal and any legally required refund, price reduction or other remedy. A failed research request must not be treated as successfully delivered research. A third-party outage does not remove mandatory consumer rights, and an account-deletion request is not a substitute for cancellation.
Content and intellectual property
AnytimeViral's branding and original interface are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Your account provides access to use the Service as permitted by these Terms, not ownership of the Service or a right to resell it. Third-party content remains subject to its owners' rights. You retain any rights you hold in your submitted notes and information; you permit processing needed to deliver your requested workspace functions. No ownership transfer of TikTok creator content is implied.
Do not remove rights notices, redistribute third-party material without permission or represent illustrative media as AnytimeViral customer results. Displayed examples are not a blanket license for reuse and are not proof that publication rights for every item have been verified.
Restriction and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access for failed payment, expired access, misuse, security threats or legal requirements. The current application enforces ownership, request limits and paid-access checks. Where appropriate and legally required, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve an issue; urgent security or legal action may require immediate restriction. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
Signing out or deleting an authentication identity does not by itself cancel PayPal billing or erase all research/payment records. Review Billing & Plan for cancellation and the Privacy Policy for data-request limitations.
Disclaimers and liability framework
Research is provided as a descriptive aid. You are responsible for evaluating findings and making your own decisions. Platform changes and source errors can affect results. No guarantee of revenue, growth, fitness for a particular business decision or uninterrupted availability is made.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and third-party research data are provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses or lost business opportunities resulting from reliance on research or third-party unavailability. No invented monetary liability cap is imposed here.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable mandatory consumer protections. These limitations do not override responsibilities imposed by applicable law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the Laws of India. Disputes are subject to the Courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, except where applicable mandatory law gives you other protections or a right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
This choice of law and jurisdiction does not waive non-waivable consumer rights, including protections that may apply in your country of residence. These Terms contain no arbitration agreement.
Service and Terms changes
We may update features or these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. Material changes, including pricing changes, will be disclosed appropriately before taking effect, with any notices or choices required by law. This is not permission for undisclosed price changes or retroactive removal of mandatory rights. No SLA or uptime guarantee is created by these Terms.
