Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Basic gives you 10 credits once after you sign up and verify your email. No card is needed and the credits do not expire. It is not a monthly plan.
What does a credit buy?
An Own-Account Check uses 1 credit, a Competitor Check 3 credits and Niche Research 10 credits. Reopening a result from Search History uses 0 credits, and failed analyses give their credits back.
What happens after the trial?
Unless you cancel, the 7-Day Trial becomes Starter at $9.99/month. Canceling during the trial stops the renewal, and your access continues until the trial ends.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Each month's credits replace the previous allowance; they do not stack.
How do I pay and cancel?
Payments go through PayPal. Cancel any time in Dashboard, under Billing & Plan. There is no yearly plan.
